I started IVF due to hydrosalpinx and blocked tubes. I have just completed the testing and seems I have DOR and also day 3 when I came in my Estrogen was high 217 and Progesterone is 0.1 so they confirmed im in Follicular phase of my cycle. They said the doctor would confirm on Monday what I should do but I also have a surgery scheduled for August 4 to remove Fibroid, Hysteroscopy, Bilateral salpingectomy to remove the tubes. Now that I see the results of my testing I dont know if I should make sure I do retrievals before the surgery? But also when she gives me a protocol is there anything I should be looking for the doctor to say with my results? Im terrified I ovulate early as well in a general sense so what if I ovulate early and they have to cancel the cycle? Is there a way a doctor can prevent that or do they not know what medication will work for me until I go through this?
