problems with vinted shipping labels?

Have had so many problems with shipping on vinted recently in the past few weeks as a buyer, have had multiple items be sent back to seller without attempting delivery, had some go lost, all different shipping companies.

When I go to track my evri parcels the postcode seemed to correlate to my own address even though I was getting them sent to a parcel shop. Royal mail didnt even attempt delivery just re-routed and sent back to seller but marked as delivered to me on the vinted app?!

Vinted are being absolutely useless with all of this and I'm still waiting for my refunds, I'm not sure what to do I just wish vinted had an actual call centre you could phone instead of an AI chatbot... I can't think of the reasoning behind all of this other than maybe theres an issue with the shipping labels lately?
