Cardo packtalk Neo sound quality bad

I’ve recently bought the Cardo Packtalk NEO, it also has been connected with my cardo app. Whenever I start spotify to listen some music, I will hear so much noise coming off the JBL 40mm speakers. The music will also sound like if an echo goes through it…

Any tips/tricks how to fix it?
