Traveling with SVT (fast heartbeat) need opinions on ER healthcare

I will be traveling to st lucia in 2 months and am feeling a bit nervous. I have a history of STV which is an abnormal fast heartbeat rhythm that can come up out of nowhere. These episodes are very infrequent for me and are pretty controlled. But in a worse case scenario i want to make sure i will be okay. Me and my husband are staying in a villa on the south side of the island. If for any instance i was having a medical emergency, would a hospital there be able to take care of me?
