Gifting help

Im 37/40 on SSA, I can get my last 2 gifted legendaries I need with RJs, but then I just need a gifted mythic. I know you arent supposed to star treat mythics, but im about to finish both ult ant annihilation 5 and star journey 5. Is it OK to spend a star treat on a mythic this one time?
