Tingling sensation on thigh

F36, 5’8’, no smoking, migraines, celiac.

For the last two days I have had this sensation on my thigh that feels very similar to sunburn (no pain) that feels like goosebumps are forming (they’re not) and a tingling sensation.

There’s redness, injury, or anything. I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary lately. It’s only localized to one leg, on the front of my thigh.
