Bought A Used Car. Where To Get Post-Purchase Inspection, Tire Check, Fluid Check, etc?

I bought a used car at a small dealership. Where can I get a post purchase inspection?

- post-purchase inspection (inspect the engine, brakes, suspension, and major components)

- oil change and filter

- tire check (tread depth, air pressure, brake pad wear)

- fluid levels
