Is my being OE worth it?

Hi All! I just need input regarding my J1 and J2. I'm going to be completely transparent. For context, I've been in J1 for 6 months, the pay is 19,xxx per month (crazy ik) shifting schedule every quarter. Its a BPO job w HMO (its meh). J2 pays 69,xxx 8 hrs a day paid lunch break and fixed yung sched 9pm-5am. No benefits aside from 10 paid leaves per year. I'm super drained working 18 hours a day (wfh naman both but 6 hrs of sleep is just not enough) and I want to resign from J1 since I dont feel like its worth it being in this mental state for that low of an amount. Am I being too greedy? I know I can land another job that pays well, atleast mataas sinasahod kahit pagod, but my family and partner keep telling me to stay even for just a year at J1. Im so lost and drained right now, I need your guys' advise. TYIA
