AITAH for making my boyfriend take our puppy outside at 12AM when he had to get up at 4AM for work

I (19F) and my boyfriend (21M) recently got a puppy who is now 5 months old. Upon rescuing this puppy from a shelter I was promised I would not be alone in this and he would help me. I intended on doing most of the work with her regardless but there are some things I need help with as I am getting extremely burnt out along with our 3 cats, my job, and worrying about college.

He is blue collar so he has to wake up very early in the morning and gets home late, so despite the stress I have no issue holding the house down throughout the week and he promised to take over on the weekends. This has not happened whatsoever. He does not get up for late night potty time, does not work on any of her training, didn't help me at all when she had parvo and I had to dish out $500 and spend every waking hour and sleep on the couch to keep and eye on her to keep her nurse her back to life after she almost died.

Last Saturday night I had work the next morning and he didn't so I asked him to take her outside when she started crying because I was promised that he would take care of that on weekends. Of course, I had to get up and take her out.

It's not really that big of a deal but it's the simple principle that even outside of our pets he refuses to help me with anything around the house until I'm so pissed off about it he feels he has to. Tonight, she started crying and I got fed up, so I didn't take her, I just let her cry until he got irritated and took her out going on a rant about how he has to get up in a couple hours, then refused to sleep under the same blanket as me saying he was going to sleep on the couch so I went on the couch instead because I just can't sleep next to him right now.

I know I have a hot temper and I can get out of hand at times so am I wrong? Should I apologize or stand my ground?
