My reward went poof!

I check my app everyday for freebies because you just never know. An hour ago I opened it and saw a reward pop up for a free side. It was titled "For showing up" or something like that. I clicked on view in rewards but it took me to the redeem section instead. I click rewards and nothing is there it was completely empty. My reward is gone and I'm gonna be in tears if it's still not there by morning. And yes I restarted the app several times and it's updated. Why would Chick-fil-A do this to me? 😭😭
