Do you guys ever feel wrong or dirty for topping up or getting a welkin?

I'm a light spender now and back when I spent more money like over a 300€ for Arlecchino, lyney and their sigs (actually this was like her first or second banner so i dont really remember) a friend at the time gasped and made fun of me. He lived in a poorer country I think Moldova? (No hate to anyone from Moldova just clarifying) and I got mad at him for comparing our living situations since I'm from Finland and I said it's not a fair comparison.

Anyways now I barely spend maybe a welkin considered topping up for Mavuika since she is genuinely good and I would use her (she has some fun combos and i like characters that take skill) but I feel dirty for topping up now. I have money for food and essentials ofc but I feel like I should be spending it on something else and not Mavuika (Arlecchino is still like my 2nd favorite character Lyney not so much). I have spent like below 1 thousand € is that dolphin or is it more about consistent spending??
