Anyone taking Wellbutrin/bupropion?

I’m taking 300mg XL Bupropion for ADHD and it was working well but I was recently diagnosed with adenomyosis so started taking oral progesterone to mitigate symptoms while waiting for diagnoses and surgery. I felt so horrible from the side effects of the progesterone and it was making my bupropion not work that I asked to stop taking it, opting to suffer though the pain and other symptoms instead. Since I’ve had a Mirena IUD placement to treat my Adenomyosis (that method of progesterone isn’t bothering me as much) I’m not feeling the effects of the bupropion but I can’t tell if I’m not feeling the effects of my dosage of the bupropion anymore or if the hormones from the IUD are interfering. Just wondering anyone else experienced a change in the impact of their bupropion after starting an IUD? Seems like since it’s localized and not processing through my GI/liver, the hormones shouldn’t be affecting me and maybe my dosage is not effective anymore or the generic isn’t working for me. Thoughts??
