Any easy way to search for what each sync pair can actually do, i.e. search sync pairs by capabilities and effects?

I want to find pairs that can remove damage reduction fields for the Registeel battle. I know off the top of my head that the moves Brick Break and Defog can do it. But how do I find other skills, passive abilities and other effects that do the same?

Pomatools' skill finder helps a lot, but it can only search the names of the skills, not their description/effects. An advanced search for descriptions would help a lot, especially new and returning players (an idea for u/stdk12). For example, Geeta's Mortal Spin can destroy damage fields, but how would I know that if I can't search what it does?

What I've been doing is looking up, for example, "damage reduction" in Bulbapedia and looking for sync pairs in the results. It works surprisingly well.

[Old Man Yells at DeNA moment:] I have to use my desktop pc while playing a mobile game to be able to know what my characters can do. As the game gets more and more complex, you'd think a competent company (certainly not DeNA) would make it a bit easier to do deep searches... C'mon, any old text search would help already.

I imagine the sheer amount of gambling addiction love for the game someone has to have to be able to come back to it after being away for a year or more, having tons of catching up to do. This sub is a godsend. Thank you all.
