Is it just me or what is up with freez effects

Like since last patch every single rare i find has some sort of freeze shit. Or slow shit.

This is so unfun as a caster. I just watch my char dodge roll in slowmotion and cast in slowmotion. A dodge roll takes 3 sec and i get killed by white mobs that rush me. I cant counterplay as my cast speed is also slowed.

This needs to go, i get that a slow is fin and all, movement slow, cast slow and dodge roll slow is just stupid.

At least let us dodge roll normally to get away.

If i see a mob with a slow aura and 1 other freeze modifier and i dont kill it befor i enter their aura. I am dead. No mater my resistance, as i cant dodge roll anymore, i cant cast anymore and i cant outrun them. I have 25% movement boots btw.
