SAAS stupidity

so just had my application for funding rejected by SAAS as I’ve not provided both of my loan contacts home addresses postcodes. I’m sure I had & so just checkEd the application & what do I see on the application but both of my loan contacts postcode fully listed on the application. they’ve said I now need to reapply from scratch and so will go to the back of the queue again which means another month of waiting at least….
