If your manager's desk has a red symbol on it, then the manager cannot reach it. If the chair is covered around by the table itself and a wall, move it. If a finance represenative's desk also has the symbol, it either means a customer cannot reach it, the employee cannot reach it or both. If you get a popup and your delivery driver isn't appearing even if theres an unloading dock and they have an assigned truck, you must make the required space for their vehicle to fit in. To find out how many tiles you need, simply go into the ui where you assign them vehicles and it will tell you in the bottom left of a vehicle frame.
