Will i get refund ??

so i will be taking iet as a backup and will have to phsycially report from 14-16 july for document and remaining fees submission , but i will be most likely getting a iiit from csab but it would start from 3 august , so will i get refund of my fees ? pls someone tell there is no exact info given online
