One sided sudden tinnitus+subtle hearing loss.

In a health scare and emergency and don’t know what to do. I have sudden tinnitus plus hearing difference in my left ear.

I first started noticing yesterday following 1 cialis dose two days ago. But I’m also weeks over Covid+pregabalin withdrawal + I’m in a severe PEM crash.

AI thinks this is sudden sensorineural hearing loss which needs immediate emergency care with a powerful cortisteroid or you risk permanent hearing damage.

If I go to emergency care I risk a further severe crash that might fuck me up for good, plus the steroid can cause PEM crashing too. If I leave it alone and it truly is sudden sensorineural hearing loss I risk permanent hearing loss.

I already know PEM, ME (and also weeks following COVID+withdrawal), can cause hearing symptoms but I first noticed this after one cialis dose and it’s one ear - not both.

If this is sudden sensorineural hearing loss I have to choose between a severe profound crash or permanent hearing damage.

I’m riddled with anxiety, panic and I don’t know what to do. I’m too severe to even leave my bed or typing this.

Can PEM or a month post covid cause one sided tinnitus and hearing difference?
