Are these side effects

I have bipolar disorder and I haven't had a manic episode in 2 years. Im manic having a mixed episode and hearing voices since they switched my med. I feel nauseous like im on the edge of throwing up im anxious dizzy. I texted my psych an hr ago but the place is still not open yet. Are the caplyta side effects?
