Giving up!

Has anyone else lost all interest in dealing with people via Vinted? I don’t think I’ve dealt with a decent buyer in months now.

I sold around 20 items last week, 80% of them have tried to refund the item but are also refusing to send it back. Keep in mind all these items are pretty much brand new, never worn or still in boxes. I wouldn’t dream of listing something cuffy, I’ve got raging OCD (diagnosed) so I know everything leaving my home is pristine, any slight mark or pulled thread on something and it’s chucked - yet I’m getting ‘there’s a mark on this item, this item doesn’t fit me, it looks different to what I thought’ - it’s ridiculous the amount of chancers I’ve had!
I sold a brand new pair of Jordans this week that were purchased for a friends child but the wrong size arrived and I couldn’t be bothered to exchange at the time, buyer has tried to claim they had dirt on the soles. How, is absolutely beyond me because they were never on anyone’s feet, they’ve never fit anyone around me lol. Never touched concrete once yet instantly there’s a dirt claim. With no photos may I add.

It’s a waste of my time taking photos of stuff, posting it, waiting for the funds etc when all I keep getting is ‘transaction suspended’ emails. I think it’s time I just start taking stuff to charity shops instead.
