Welcome to r/meliousai. This is your home for everything around running AI on European infrastructure: open-weight models, EU-hosted inference, sovereignty, and the AI news that actually matters.

A bit of context: Melious is an EU-hosted inference platform. 60+ open-weight models (MiniMax, Qwen, Mistral, DeepSeek) across European providers, behind one OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible endpoint. Data under EU law, no training on your prompts. No frontier models here (no GPT-5, no Claude), so this sub is for people who care more about predictable pricing, control, and data location than about chasing the absolute frontier. Our chat interface is currently in beta, so early feedback genuinely shapes where it goes.

**What to post**
Anything you think is useful, interesting, or worth a discussion. A few starting points:

* Your setups and which models you run for what
* Model comparisons and benchmarks (your own numbers welcome)
* Migration questions (coming off OpenAI, Anthropic, or US infra)
* Takes on AI news: model drops, pricing changes, EU regulation
* Feedback and feature requests for Melious. We're listening.

**The vibe**
Friendly, technical, honest. Show your work, ask real questions, and skip the marketing speak. Critical feedback is welcome, including about Melious itself.
