I'm fully convinced parents who want their kids to become a doctor only care about the reputation and not about their kid's life.

Why else would you want your kid to waste their life studying for an exam that gets leaked every other year, for minimal seats in this overpopulated country? Combined with the stress, sleepless nights and minimal wages this profession seems like a nightmare. Why else would you want all that suffering for your kid who you are supposed to love so much?
