Cheater in Top 2 Global - Blatant Win Trading (Proof Inside)

Player Nickname: Iulian S. Server: 3090 Reason: Win trading and match manipulation.

Description: This player is currently Top 2 Global with 5863 Mythic stars, which is a result of massive win trading. Look at his current season statistics: he played 7656 matches with a 90.65% win rate, but his KDA is only 0.47! His average hero damage per minute is extremely low (2465), and participation in team fights is only 19.9%. It is mathematically and physically impossible to get a 90% win rate over 7000+ ranked matches with a 0.47 KDA without using coordinated win trading lobbies and "actor" accounts. Please check his match history, identify his fixed opponents, and permanently ban this account to keep the leaderboard fair.
