Husbands, does lingerie actually do much for you, or is it more something your wife enjoys wearing for herself?

Curious how the guys actually feel about this. My read is that a lot of wives assume their husband is kind of indifferent to lingerie and that it's mostly a "her" thing, while plenty of husbands quietly love it and never really say so. Where do you land - is it doing something for you, or honestly not as much as she thinks?
