Apparel store recommendations for business school

Staring business school soon and I need to rebuild my wardrobe. Looking for recommendations on where people are shopping for :

- Business casual (like a quarter zip)
- Formal/Business professional (usual button down, oxford shirts etc)
- Winterwear (coats, layering etc)

Would appreciate tailor recommendations for a suit as well, I have shortlisted a couple already. Willing to splurge on the suit and buy mid range stuff for the ones above.
