Looks like Industry doesn't want to remote jobs for entry level ( except prodigy )

In an earlier post , I asked a opinion similar regarding this . People retaliated on me because , you need to be some kind of elite or experienced guy to get remote job .

which concludes this industry has become selfish not to hire freshers .

but they are forgetting that , when seniors will be gone , they will be having a pikachu face .
