Accountants in practice, what software does your firm rely on that uni completely skips over?

Doing my finance degree in the UK and honestly the gap between what they teach us in lectures and what people actually use at work seems massive. Everything at uni is theory and Excel which is fine but I have a feeling I'm going to rock up to my first placement completely clueless about the tools everyone else already knows. Rather not be that person lol.

For accountants in practice or anyone who's done placements here, what software does your firm actually run on? Bookkeeping, tax, accounts prep, client stuff, all of it. I've still got time before I graduate so if there's something I should be getting familiar with now I'd rather know sooner than later.
