Chanel SA’s

I just wanted to ask how people get an SA at Chanel. I live in Australia in a city that doesn’t have any luxury boutiques, and the nearest Chanel store is in Sydney, which is about 3.5 hours away.

Do I just email or call the boutique and ask to be connected with an SA? Also, does anyone know if it’s possible to purchase over the phone and have items shipped to me?
