Is this a fake/bootleg?

bought this on ebay so im protected. It was a dark photo and even though I saw somme of the lines, I didnt realize this was a colored vinyl. Never heard of a colored vinyl for this. Then, I looked at the barcode on the deadwax and it just says No Rest -A (or B). Im.assuming this is a fake. Just want to confirm.
