Best place in Paris to buy a men's clutch/pouch?

I'm visiting Paris soon and I'm looking for a gift for my boss. He often carries those elegant men's leather clutch bags/pouches that you hold in your hand (not crossbody bags). He's in his early 30s and I'm looking for something classy, preferably leather, in black with a budget of max 150-200€.

Do you have any recommendations for shops, markets, vintage, anything basically in Paris? I'd prefer to avoid big luxury brands and logos, and instead find something with good quality and value, and preferably unique and authentic that gives off Paris vibes and soul.
