Sri Lanka-focused social app

I'm a coder who writes codes for fun, and I've been thinking about an idea I'd like some honest feedback on. The concept is a Sri Lanka-focused super app that combines things people currently use multiple apps for:

Communities and DMs

Marketplace

Payments

Rides nd Deliveries

Local business discovery

Traveling and places

​

The inspiration comes from apps like WeChat, LINE, and KakaoTalk, which evolved into platforms that people use daily for much more than messaging.

I'm not planning to build all of this at once. As a solo developer, I'd likely start with one feature (perhaps communities or marketplace) and expand only if people find it useful. (ik this is much easier said than done.)
