Is this rude ? Acknowledge my fiancé but not me ?

I was at a sporting event yesterday with my fiancé . There’s a restaurant at the ballpark and as we’re both going down the stairs , we hear someone call out his name. Very very faint . But we didn’t think anything of it . Then they scream his name 4 more times and we stop and she waved at him

Now if this was a random girl from grade school or college etc it wouldn’t be so weird . But she’s our next door neighbor at our apartment complex of 7 years . We have to walk past her door to leave everyday . She’s very well aware that we are engaged and she knows my name

How weird or disrespectful is that ? She screamed out his name easily 3-4 times and waved from upstairs as we were on the stair case headed down

How do I handle this ? Do I say something to her or should my fiancé as she didn’t acknowledge me ?
