How do I fix this second floor soffit?

I had raccoons break into my attic. They ripped off my soffit in two locations. The problem is that the location of the damaged soffit(s) is my second story roofline. I have 3 problems.

1. The porch roof is in the way, so I can't climb my ladder directly to the damaged soffit.

2. The porch roof is pretty sloped. I walked up there to inspect the damage but I wasn't comfortable being up there.

3. The soffit in the corner (and on the higher roofline) is out of my reach when I'm standing on the porch roof. How am I supposed to fix that?

I'm willing to take the time to learn how to safely do this, but I can't figure out how. It essentially boils down to an access issue.
