Looking to learn how to play

I'm an experienced ck3 player plus other mods like agot and ek2 and im interested very much in POD after seeing lots of clips and screenshots of people becoming psuedo-gods but each time I start it up all of the extra systems overwhelm me. So what im really asking is either advice or you can point me to videos or other forums for help.

P.s: I started as the maithras guy in England
