Reta + Tesa combo concerns on rat 🐀

I have been taking Reta since 3 months now
Starting at 1mg titrated to 2mg
Researched about tesa at 1mg and started taking that as well
The only thing is that my avg hr is now 83
And avg rhr is 62
Earlier it was 54
On Reta it was 54 as soon as i added tesa before sleeping my sleeps been affected real bad and HRV plummeted etc
Sometimes I also feel faint / anxious while playing a sport
Is this too much stress for my heart?
Should i stop / lessen something
Blood work is all normal except ldl slightly high 113
Or should i ignore ?

Like today I’m feeling really tired but I’ve made plan w friends for football
Idk if i can play or not because i injected both Reta 2mg and tesa 1mg yest night empty stomach and genuinely heavy headed and sick upon waking up

Body weight when i started Reta was 80kg
Now it is 74-75kg

Been an entire week on tesa 1mg
