PSLF Help Tool down/not working?

I have 121 payments on a big chunk of my student loans, system has me at 114 at my last certification 10/2025. I’m trying to use the PSLF help tool and I cannot get past the submitting my request for a manual signature. It’s just spinning. I’ve tried from 2 different desktops.

I downloaded a blank form, filled it out and will be sending it to my employer today. Once received, I would like to upload the document.

Is there a work around where I can upload the PSLF certification form once my employer completes it? I’ve read that I can upload it in the “ My activity” section, but don’t see any option to upload in that section. I know in the past faxing the form was not effective.
