Action Behavior Centers overlapping

So, ive been an RBT for almost 2 years now, and I have been taking on a ton of Overlaps for new BTs to get a bit of direction. But I'm really starting to burn out, its extremely discouraging when we have a few that come in that are truly there for a quick paycheck and dip. I've asked for a step back from my leadership to allow me to reset, but they've denied my request and instead applied more pressure with "we can also revisit how youre training to make sure we are retaining more Techs"

Im curious if anyone knows if there is a policy or anything in the handbook that states that these overlaps are mandatory? Because im also not getting paid any extra for the added stress and thats really pushing my pressure points.
