This is driving me insane (DLL)

Every game I am downloading I get DLL issues, this dll is missing or that dll failed to load, like right now I just finished downloading GTA V and FH6 after HOURS with my terrible limited internet just to get this crap. All guides say to check my threat protection history but it's empty there! What am I supposed to do?!?!?!
