Live-in girlfriend [33F] is bullying me [38 M] and won’t leave!

My girlfriend is incredibly attractive and can be very sweet. However, she has a very toxic personality and pulls me into arguments with her (usually about her even MORE toxic brother and sister). We’ve broken up many times over our 3 year relationship but this time, on Easter Sunday she was just so belligerent and toxic that I told her we’re through. Problem is… she won’t leave! I gave her a 30 day notice (per the law) 2 weeks ago. She just tore it up. Now it’s 2:00 am and she’s just yelling outside of my bedroom door. She threatens me and says she’s going to ruin me but nothing that would merit police intervention. I’m at my wits end with this chick. I’m a peaceful guy, Not into gossip and negativity. I just want her out of my life but she refuses to leave. help!
