I need some dating advice

So I (14M) like a girl in my class (13F) and I don’t bring my phone to school to I’ve wrote it on some paper and I’m yet to give it to her. We get along I’ve known her about a month or two now and I’ve asked to hang out sometime after school and she said one of her friends would like to meet me so I’m a bit concerned about that. when should I shoot my shot?
