pilonidal cyst treatment

hii! I'm new to this subreddit and as a gay person, I figured I could find some answers here. for context, I'm a 19 y/o gay male and months ago, I've developed a bump right between the end of my tailbone and my anal hole. then weeks after, it sort of popped and since then, the wound never healed completely so I figured this is a case of pilonidal cyst.

now, I'm currently a working student and I'm not asking for financial help. what I want to ask is how much usually is the surgery for this? I've tried applying for appointment to PGH but i have yet to have a date so maybe for those who experienced the same thing that I had, I could ask how much is the treatment so I could save as much as possible.

also, I think I have ingrown hair right on the rim as well so, yeah :(( I want to solve this as soon as I can to regain my confidence back. please be kind in the comments.
