Motel 6

My friend’s guy that she dated booked her ticket to see him and then booked a room at Motel 6. He also paid for fun activities to do while she was visiting. Should she be grateful or should she have spoken up about sleeping accommodations if Motel 6 wasn’t her preference? Further more, does that mean that the guy thinks of her less?
