Has anyone here actually made Loop Engineering work end-to-end?

I’m trying to figure out where to start and how to build it properly

If you’ve made it work, what did you start with first?

Product specs? Design? Agent setup? Tests? Git workflow? CI? Deployment? Logging? Human review?

How do you connect the whole loop from idea → product/design → code → test → deploy?

What small details actually matter but people don’t usually talk about?

Also, are there any good articles, repos, tools, or real examples worth reading?

I’m not looking for hype or demos. I want to know what actually works in real projects
