Any trans folks in north Yorkshire?

Hi, this is my first post here I don't use reddit often but I thought I might get something out of posting here. I'm a trans guy turning 18 next month, I'd like to change my name soon after but I have always struggled my whole life interacting with people and making friends, i don't know anyone IRL who isn't my own family so I don't even know anyone who would be willing to witness and sign my deed poll. It's a bit embarrassing posting this but I've basically gone my whole life without talking to anyone in person, I need to get out and make some supportive friends but I just can't even think where to start it's been so stressful and because i don't know anyone who is supportive it feels like I'm never going to be able to get my name changed. Finding someone to sign isn't the only reason I'm posting this, I just really need some help with making friends even though it sounds stupid. I really don't know what to do.
