Struggling to reach unconnected

Hoping for some insight. My account is about 3 months old, I’m in the parenting niche. Was having really positive growth until about 3 weeks ago. Growth is painstakingly slow, and my notes are only being seen by a handful of unconnected users.

Can anyone offer suggestions? I seem to have ok engagement with my subscribers but that doesn’t help me grow. I spend a few minutes a day interacting with other’s content, restack a note or article once a week, and post a 5 min article every week.

It’s disheartening to see my growth fall out of the sky, then see clearly AI generated notes getting tons of traction.
