We had met our freshman year of college during a study group for a history course. We had hit it off almost immediately, quickly finding one another during each lecture to sit together. It wasn't any sort of immediate attraction, but just two like souls finding one another amongst the masses.

It had been later in the year that it had begun; at least that's what we both recalled despite not remembering how it had officially started. A friendly, innocent game of truth or dare that infected our everyday lives. There had never been any sort of ill intent behind it, just a fun quirk of our friendship. The game could start and end at any time, frequently in public, and unlike it's original intent, the person asking always chose which option was proposed.

"Truth," I said one day as we walked down the sidewalk, "Would you date a guy that dresses like that guy every day?" I ask, pointing toward a tall lanky guy striding down the sidewalk in a sweater vest, suspenders, and a tall stylish boot.

"Dare!," You shouted one evening over the loud music of a college bar while out with friends, "Eat five mustard packets, no supplements, no water or drink to wash them down!" As you pushed the small container filled with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise packets toward me.

The unwritten, unspoken rules were simple, you had to answer truthfully, and you couldn't say no to whatever dare was proposed. There was a beauty in the game, a pure, untainted trust between two friends, believing that one another would never push the boundaries too far, never insist upon anything that might cause the other harm or true embarrassment. At least, that had always been the case until one fateful evening our senior year.

The prompt idea is simple. We've been friends for a long time and always been close. One evening at a party, the drinks may have been flowing a little too freely, the inhibitions thrown to the wind as the question grew more personal, the dares more daring. What could possibly happen between two people who everyone has always said should be together? What does years of implicit trust become in the bedroom when the door is finally broken down?

This is not to imply that this prompt would become a BDSM or intense Dom sub type relationship, but just a slice of life investigation into the situation. This could lean cute and fun, it could lean intense and kinky, or whatever direction your mind thinks we could take it!
