Trying to find a new path, can't find anything that strikes me

Findapath-Career Change

I've been doing HVAC work for roughly two years now. I admit that's not long but to me it feels like it's been an eternity. I've worked at 3 companies, 2 residential and the one I'm with now is primarily commercial. I've always been a service technician, although I was a helper for probably a year of that time. The big reason I wanted to be a service tech was because I love learning how systems work, it's like a puzzle to me. Unfortunately, that's not as much of the job as I was led to believe. The physical labor is becoming too much for me, and the toll it's taking on my physical body is wearing down my mental state. Before you say it, I know that no job is perfect. I know that there are always downsides, cons, whatever synonym you want to use. But this is a much higher ratio of labor to the actual figuring things out. I'd like to find something that is, if possible, almost entirely figuring things out, troubleshooting, things like that. I've been told to look towards electrical or control engineering, but haven't yet looked too far into it. (If anyone has any advice about those options specifically please let me know.) I'm in a situation with a uniquely small amount of risk. I'm 20 and live with my parents, so it'll be easier to make what would usually be a more "drastic" change in terms of sacrifice. I'm in PA currently, if that makes any big difference in the responses I may get. I'm open to any and all advice, so every response is appreciated
