Where can we meet more Indian people in Chicago and suburbs?

My husband and I moved to Chicago and are loving the city so far, but we're hoping to connect with more Indian people and build a community here.

We're in mid-30s, no kids, enjoy exploring new restaurants and cafes, weekend road trips, hiking, trying new experiences around the city, and hosting the occasional get together.

We live in the suburbs and have made some friends in the area but would love to meet other Indian couples, individuals, or friend groups who are also looking to expand their circle.

Are there any Indian social groups, meetup groups, or events you'd recommend? Would love any suggestions or advice from others who moved here and successfully built a community. Thanks!
