D2R - Nintendo switch singleplayer - should I buy ROTW

I am old d2r player. Few months ago I have started single player on switch. I have lvl 93hdin.

I got my hoto and CTA, have most equipment to build hybrid smitter build and do Ubers. In free time doing LK runs in hope for enigma. Should I buy ROTW now, or wait for torch/enigma?
