Sunscreen help! Moisturizing sunscreen for kids that won’t dry their skin out?

Mineral sunscreen appears to dry the skin, even after moisturizing first, etc. I also want to avoid chemical sunscreen containing homosalate (or any other potentially hormone affecting chemicals).

Does anyone know of mineral sunscreen that helps moisturize? Or other kid safe chemical sunscreen that is a moisturizer? There are combo moisturizer/sunscreens I have seen, but have homosalate.
